Never mind
It was a openbase dir problem
But the page didn't spit out a openbase dir error

I have a client that is using Zend
In http:// mode the site works fine
But in https://

He is getting this error

But the file is there
/home/ZendFramework-1.11.10/library/Zend/Session/Namespace.php
