Default for newly generated certs, keys and CSR's is 2048bit.

However, if you still have an old SSL certificate and shorter key in the
/certs directory, then it will use the old key to generate the new CSR.

Solution: Empty out the Vsites certs directory (make a backup of it
first!), generate a new CSR through the GUI and it'll be 2048bit.
