[BlueOnyx:12790] Scientific Linux mirrors are failing

It appears that there is a problem with Scientific Linux mirrors.  We 
are not able to pull updates at this time.

There is not any official news about this from scientificlinux.org at 
this time, but it does appear to be a confirmed problem.   YUM will be a 
no-go for SL boxes until it gets fixed.
