Hi Eiji,

Look, I have no idea what's wrong with your Webalizer. All I know is
there was no CentOS or Scientific Linux update that changed Webalizer.
Nor was there a BlueOnyx update that changed anything related to Webalizer.

Likewise I do not know what you did which might have caused Webalizer to
stop working. Which is also a possibility.

I can take a look at your server and can try to fix it. If you send me
the login details offlist. But any further discussion of the subject
here will probably not accomplish much.

Time permitting I try to help anyone with such or other issues on the
list. However, if it's not a flaw in "our" software, just some random
issue of little importance or just some administration issue, then I'm
always very happy if others offer their ideas and suggestions. But as
you can see: Nobody else on the list has any ideas what could be wrong
with your Webalizer either.

There are a lot of smart and dedicated people on this list who
voluntarily and on their own free time help others with BlueOnyx related
problems. Yet this isn't a slave shop and nobody is entitled to have all
their questions answered.

When no answer comes in, then it could simply be that nobody knows the
answer or people don't have sufficient information about the nature of
the problem to post a meaningful reply. It is neither a sign of
disrespect nor ignorance nor anything else. However, if your posts
contain passive aggressiveness and demands, then it can easily happen
that people who otherwise would gladly offer their assistance just sit
this one out.

I can only repeat myself here: Send me the login details and I'll take a
look.
