Hi Guys,

It seems i have found the problem,

And I think it's a bug but I'm not sure,

What we did was to help a customer migrate:

1 create a hosting account under a subdomain: Karin.broadcastservices.nl
2 made a copy of the website on that location and tested the functionality
3 we moved the first two domains to the account (Karinvrielink.nl / lifecompass.nl Aliasses) keeping Karin.broadcastservices.nl as primary domain
4 at this point in time the disable email checkbox was checked.
5 we changed the main domain to www.lifecompass.nl<http://www.lifecompass.nl> and discarded the Karin.broadcastservices.nl
6 we enabled email by unchecking the checkbox

>From this point we tested sending mail but it was refused with 550. After checking the access confile we noticed that the block in the access file at /etc/mail/ was not removed by the interface. Removing it by had did solve the issue :)

Hi Guys,

I have a website configured with email: lifecompass.nl but if there is email being deliverd to info at lifecompass.nl<mailto:info at lifecompass.nl> of any other alias we get the error that the user does not exists but we did create the alias and I even recreated the user but still no luck, mailing to the main user account does not work ass well :(

Anny ideas on what this could be ?
