Hi all
Since this morning I have a BO server with a very strange problem. Nothing
changed from my side (maybe there was an automated YUM update?)
I can't access any website in the server, starting httpd gives:

Starting httpd: perl: warning: Setting locale failed.
perl: warning: Please check that your locale settings:
LANGUAGE = (unset),
LC_ALL = (unset),
LC_CTYPE = "UTF-8",
LANG = "C"
    are supported and installed on your system.
perl: warning: Falling back to the standard locale ("C").
(99)Cannot assign requested address: make_sock: could not bind to address
xx.xxx.xxx.xxx:443
no listening sockets available, shutting down
Unable to open logs
                                                           [FAILED]

Also admin server is running but it does not show the page (firefox says the
site is too busy, which is definitly not the case).

Anybody has a clue why this happened and more, how to solve it?
I checked my log files and basically only see this

[Thu Jun 27 04:22:09 2013] [error] [client 91.121.19.67] File does not

I'm clueless at the momentŠ

Any help would be highly appreciated!

Thanks

Jan
