Is the email being blocked or just bounced due to dns settings ?
I had a similar problem with aol yesterday ( a new ip address )
it seems that my provider hadnt set PTR / reverse records for me
a quick email to my provider had things fixed within a couple of hours
Only the owner of the IP address can set up a reverse DNS or PTR record. If
you wish to set up a reverse DNS on your own IP address you will need to
contact your ISP.

What is the command from shell as my GUI does not work correctly.

I want to remove the offending IP completely and use one of my never used
IP addresses. I understand there will be a propagation scenario happening
for a couple of days?
