I have an idea what else it could be:

In "Web Server Alias" you should only have the additional aliasses.
Please make sure you don't add the full FQDN of the Vsite to it as well.

So if your site is named "www.company.com", then "www.company.com"
itself should NOT be listed among the "Web Server Alias".

If it is in there, take it out, save the changes and see if that fixes it.

This is one of the differences between Apache 2.0 (5106R and before) and
Apache 2.2. With the older Apaches it didn't matter. The newer ones are
a bit more picky there.
