[BlueOnyx:13688] System being scanned

Has any one else noticed in their log and in deny host the google, yahoo 
and amazon
have been scanning just like a hacker. For the past week all my servers 
have been violated
by those there domains.
Google 66.249.64.0/19
Amazon 54.224.0.0/12
Yahoo 98.136.0.0/14
Micortsoft 65.52.0.0/14
