Is that the button "MailMan Admin Interface" when you edit a list?

It could be a browser related issue. Some of the buttons in the old GUI
use a lot of JavaScript and that's where things are currently falling
apart. To prevent cross-site scripting a lot of browsers have started to
deprecate stuff that the buttons in the old GUI use.

When you move the mouse pointer of the button in question, it'll show
the URL that it points to. In that case the button still ought to work
in most browsers. If the button shows some JavaScript instead, it might
no longer work in some other browsers.

If it shows an URL, try to right click on it and choose "open in new
tab" and see if that goes through. Yeah, I know. It's not how it ought
to be.
