[BlueOnyx:16601] Upgrade woes

Not sure if anybody else has seen this but bit of a gremlin after BX upgrade …

Upgraded one of my 5108R VPS to 5208R using Michael’s instructions.
All went fine except that a couple of the hosted web sites stopped working – had a redirect loop.
I had to disable web redirects to get them working.

This only seemed to have effected two Wordpress sites – other Wordpress sites on the same server were fine.

Anybody else seen this? I need to get the web alias redirect working again but first need to find what is broken.
