Hmmm ... problem resolved.

Seems in both cases the site developer had used the domain as the base_url rather than the host (so http://domain.com rather than http://www.domain.com) in the WP config.

Not sure why it worked in the first place before the upgrade!

Not sure if anybody else has seen this but bit of a gremlin after BX upgrade ...

Upgraded one of my 5108R VPS to 5208R using Michael's instructions.
All went fine except that a couple of the hosted web sites stopped working - had a redirect loop.
I had to disable web redirects to get them working.

This only seemed to have effected two Wordpress sites - other Wordpress sites on the same server were fine.

Anybody else seen this? I need to get the web alias redirect working again but first need to find what is broken.
