[BlueOnyx:16755] Automated Backup issue

Purchased the Automated Backup from BlueOynx last night.

When I look at the log files I'm getting a FTP error. When I run it live 
I see:
12:01:11 > Testing connection to [Redacted]... not ok
12:01:12 > Trying again in 10 minutes...

However if I FTP to the same site from the same machine:
[admin at xen-bx1 ~]$ ftp [Redacted]
Connected to [Redacted] (x.x.x.x).
220 (vsFTPd 2.0.5)
Name ([Redacted]:admin):

What simple thing am I missing here?
