Applied the above on a customers 5106R after getting the same error as 
Dirk, plus "chmod o+r /etc/squirrelmail/default_pref" and now I get (via 
http://fqdn/webmail):

"Fatal error: Call to undefined function session_register() in 
/usr/share/squirrelmail/functions/global.php on line 253"

When I try via Admin GUI, Personal Profile / Webmail, I get:

"Error opening ../data/default_pref
Default preference file not found or not readable!
Please contact your system administrator and report this error."

and in the adm_err for the above:

SSLSessionCache DBM file `/var/cache/admserv/adm_ssl_scache' for scanning

Comparing an not-yet-yummed 5106R with the above I see that 
/var/cache/admserv/adm_ssl_scache.dir is owned by apache.root while on 
the yummed box it is owned by admserv.root - changing owners doesn't 
help though.
