Here is what I did  and ran
/etc/init.d/xinetd restart
swatch

Did not fix ran these commands below

cp /etc/proftpd.conf.dist /etc/proftpd.conf
/usr/sausalito/sbin/fixproftpd_conf.pl >> /etc/proftpd.conf
/etc/init.d/xinetd restart

Still unable to ftp to (2) 5106R VPS's
Still Red
