Hmm. Yeah, that's unusual. I can't replicate that when I create a Vsite
as "admin". But I see another problem when I try to create a Vsite as
"server admin" if IP address allocation is locked to only the allowed IP
address ranges. Maybe it's related and it's an ACL problem. I'll check that.
