Eeek.  That's difficult to say, since we don't know precisely what was 
done leading up to this point.   However, it looks like sendmail is 
refusing connection from localhost?

In the BlueOnyx control panel, Network Services > Email, under the 
Advanced tab there is a box titled "Relay Email From Hosts/Domains/IP 
Addresses".    Add "127.0.0.1" in there.   Then save and see if any 
change.    That shouldn't be necessary, but let's see if that puts 
things on the right path.
