After some advice, found that this error

/etc/cron.hourly/log_traffic:
awk: cmd. line:17: (FILENAME=- FNR=3) fatal: attempt to access field -2147483648

appears to be a log file I deleted the log file I suspected and it stop 
for 24 fours after log rotate
and swatch ran it showed back up.

Reviewing the log files for that site (a word press site) there are some 
really
weird looking entries. Also noticed that the owner of the files change from
SITE16-logs:site16 to root:site16 not sure if that really has any effect.

Will continue to research.
