[BlueOnyx:14825] cannot update PHP with Newlinq at Proxmox

Greg and I had the conversation about similar subject in [BlueOnyx 12367].

Unfortunately, yet I cannot any install software with Newlinq at Proxmox.

Twice I purchase PHP in their shop.
In the end of suppot, Greg closed the ticket door to say "your system is 
corrupted".

I have several Proxmox now.
Almost of them have BlueOnyx users for long time with no problem.
I cannot understand "corrupted".

I asked two ;
1. Chat of Teamviewer will not remain record,
   so don't you write down your story on support ticket page to leave?
2. Your forum Where is?
   Link can not be found from the main page.
But return nothing.

Newlinq is a part of BlueOnyx essential now, I believe.
Also now it is only way to purchase software for all BlueOnyxs.

I've agreed to their new way BECAUSE it works in a variety of environments.
I hope the correct correspondence.
