I came across this a while back. On the Site Management you can click on the
ownership of each virtual side, and select the appropriate one.
Unfortunately, you can't assign ownership to multiple admins.

Subject: [BlueOnyx:14870] New "reseller" admin assignments

Sorry to bother the list - but I'm lost.

I know there were some changes recently to add a "reseller" ability to our
servers. The ability to add new "administrators" and assign specific sites
to them - after which, those admins can only see their assigned virtual
sites.

I assumed this wouldn't do anything to current servers and configurations.
Apparently - I was wrong!

Besides being overall server "admin" for BlueOnyx servers for a couple of
companies - each of those companies also has their own techs who take care
of their virtual site customers and the users on it. But now - they can't
do anything! I've confirmed that logging in as one of those administrator
accounts takes you to a page for account setting for that administrator.
You can't do anything else. Apparently, sites on that server are now
"owned" by that administrator - so they can't even see them. And the same
thing happens to new administrator accounts added - can't do anything.

But I can't find where in the GUI that you can "assign" virtual site
ownership to one administrator or another. So where do you assign a "owner"
to a virtual site? I can't find anything under the SERVER MANAGEMENT tab.
And there is nothing in the virtual site setup besides a display of who the
owner is - no way to change it.

Oh, and can you assign more than one "owner" to a virtual site? These
companies usually have more than one local tech. But if I assign ownership
to just one technician - the others can't manage that site.

Thanks BlueOnyx experts!
