It already sees /dev/sda (as indicated by your /proc/mdstat printed
above). So more than likely you're missing /dev/sdb.
You can try adding /dev/sdb back to the RAID, but before that, I'd check
SMART to see if it reports anything about the drive health:
smartctl -a /dev/sdb
Or maybe sdb just got knocked loose? You could check to see if it's a
physical issue if you don't get any output from SMART.
