[BlueOnyx:15036] DegradedArray event on /dev/md0

[RC Barker]

I have a server that rebooted yesterday then I got this email:

Personalities : [raid1]
md0 : active raid1 sda1[1]
       256896 blocks [2/1] [_U]
       
md1 : active raid1 sda2[1]
       243938880 blocks [2/1] [_U]
       
unused devices: <none>

I have tried the following:
mdadm hotadd /dev/md0 /dev/sda1
mdadm /dev/md0 -a /dev/sda1
