[BlueOnyx:15404] suPHP odd error

Client changed ownership on a file in a directory owned by the domain's
admin user
And he is not sure about what and how he changed it. We reset them back
to the site-admin but no joy
Now getting error


  Internal Server Error

Directory /home is not owned by <site-admin>

turning suPHP off resolves the error and application runs fine

Odd that it indicates *'/home'*

ideas?
