Do I really have the same question three times? Once by email, once by
support ticket and once here?

Here is what you purchased:

As you can see, it says:

Current version, No updates. Forum support only

For all software you have the option to buy it without updates, or with
30 days of updates or with one year of updates.

So the availability of *updates* totally depends on these options.

When software is out of the window in which updates are available to
you, it shows as expired.

BUT: You are still able to install the version you purchased or the
latest version that was available fore the software exited the period in
which updates were available. AND: The software (as is) continues to
work for you.

When software shows as expired you're just not getting any later
versions of it than the ones that were available to you upon purchase or
on the day that the availability of updates expired for you.

You can of course buy one year of updates as option at a later time.
Which will be added on top of the expiry date of your prior purchase.

You can still install the package. Just install the WebApp installer
first and then RoundCube.
