I just published updates that will bring the API back in line with the
MySQL changes.

On 5106R, 5107R and 5108R that's in the new base-api-*.rpm's that just
hit the mirrors.

On 5207R and 5208R it's represented by the updated base-alpine-*.rpm's.

I tested it with WHMCS to create, terminate and modify sites and it
works fine. The resulting MySQL databases and users then use the new
naming scheme, too.
