[BlueOnyx:16171] Can't add a Mysql DB

I just did a fresh install and used CMU to move some sites over with no 
issues but now I am trying to add a site which works except when I try 
to add a DB.  I get the below error...

  The attribute [[VAR.key]] is unknown.

Any help would be great.
