Please do a "yum clean all" and "yum update" again.

There has been a flurry of updates related to the changed MySQL behavior
in the last 2-3 days. By now it should be all sorted, provided you have
all updates installed.

Sorry about that. I should have known better than to fast track such a
fundamental change.
