Hi Dirk,

One idea would be to look via cceclient to see which "caplevels" and
"capabilities" the user has:

[root at demo /]# /usr/sausalito/bin/cceclient
100 CSCP/0.99
200 READY
find User name = "blueonyx"
104 OBJECT 260
201 OK
get 260
102 DATA fullName = "Reseller"
102 DATA capabilities =
"&siteAnonFTP&siteShell&siteAdmin&siteDNS&adminUser&manageSite&siteSSL&resellerSUPHP&resellerMySQL&resellerCGI&resellerSSI&"
102 DATA capLevels = "&manageSite&siteDNS&adminUser&"

The above example is the reseller account "blueonyx" from the demo
blueonyx server.

It has these capLevels:

adminUser
manageSite
siteDNS

Each of these capLevels adds one (or more) "capabilities" and in the end
gives him these capabilities:

adminUser
manageSite
resellerSUPHP
resellerMySQL
resellerCGI
resellerSSI
siteAnonFTP
siteShell
siteAdmin
siteDNS
siteSSL

I suspect your old adminUser is lacking some capabilities. So here is
what to do: Remove all capLevels from him in the GUI. Save. That should
leave him with just "adminUser" on the CODB level. Then give him
manageSite and siteDNS and save again.

By removing all capLevels and granting them again it should get sorted.
