We have a problem with escaping MySQL passwords properly between GUI,
CCED and the Perl handlers. I'll fix it eventually, but in the meantime
please use MySQL passwords that don't contain single or double quotes,
percent, dollar sign or exclamation mark. Otherwise it might not set the
password you had entered.
