[BlueOnyx:17405] raqbackup.sh error

Getting this error after one oft the recent updates

/usr/sbin/raqbackup.sh: line 163: test: !=: unary operator expected

I did a un install and re install and no change

This is line 163

       mv $WORKDIR/raqbackup.log $WORKDIR/logs/
