[BlueOnyx:17406] php_admin_value overwriting

Hello,
Is there a way to overwrite blueonyx vhost's settings like 
"php_admin_value max_execution_time 30" ?

I'm trying to bypass this value for only one php script  which takes 
more time to run, but I don't want to change this setting for the whole 
website.

set_time_limit() function does not work because php_admin_value 
max_execution_time is set.

Any idea ?
