Yes, I was able to make the purchase on my cell phone but I am still blocked from getting to the shop.bluonyx.it from my IP address 99.89.53.157

 

More importantly I cannot figure out how to link up the BOPE to my servers. I bought 8 licenses but when I go to “Link a package” all I see are very old previously made purchases. Help please?

Issue was (I think) paypal didnt like the fact that your shopping cart was created just before the change of date for the new day when you purchased the item. Sorted. Not sure about the shop, but it appears all working now.

I tried to sign up for the BluOnyx Professional Edition today (for 8 servers) but when I got to the final screen where I accept the terms I get the following error:

“PayPal gateway has rejected request. Subscription start date should be greater than current date (#11505: Start Date should be greater than current date).”

 

Then I tried to submit a ticket at support link ( <http://support.compassnetworks.com.au/> http://support.compassnetworks.com.au) and it would never load. So I have posted here.
