[BlueOnyx:16947] Adding MX records

I have a 5106R and 5108R that Site Admin or DNS Admin are not able to 
create MX records in the DNS. I can create fine as the server admin, but 
I do notice after I add, the current domain shown that I'm adding an MX 
for reverts back to the last domain that was setup in DNS after the 
record is added. This only happens for MX records, all others work fine 
for all levels of access. Anyone seen this before or know how I can 
troubleshoot?
