Have you tried " /usr/sausalito/sbin/disk_restorequotas.pl"?

...and if I reset the quota for a particular user, the correct value is then shown in the Usage Information report (and mail starts flowing again)

Some are set to 0 others vary wildly and it's causing lots of quota-busting this morning. Any ideas?
