I wasn't aware of the disk_restorequotas script, but that appears to have
fixed it.  Thank you all for the feedback.  Every platform will have issues
once in a while but it is the responsive BlueOnyx community that keeps me
here.

...and one last question; how to I change the default number of sites shown
on the Virtual Site List?    I'm clicking that dropdown every time I hit
that page (and I hit it allot) so I'd like to change the default.
