That is pretty strange. The quota issue should be easy enough to fix
with this:
/usr/sausalito/sbin/fix_user_UID_and_GID.pl
/usr/sausalito/sbin/disk_restorequotas.pl
/usr/sbin/swatch
Then restart cced and admserv and see how that works.
Regarding the DNS A-records... um, that should not happen. We've
converted a number of boxes from 5108R -> 5208R at this point with no
such results. Are you sure that they were not broken to begin with?\
