Doh! Nice catch, Dirk! I'll publish an update that will require the
install of this RPM.

I just checked. None of my 5108R have that file. And on a 5209R I could
use POP3 with TLS and PLAIN without that file. So it doesn't seem to be
necessary. So I think we can do without it.
