I just managed to recall where and how the 'admin' email alias is
reserved and published a fix for 5207R, 5208R and 5209R to free it up
for usage:

These updates have now been published to YUM.

Once the updated base-vsite RPMs are installed, the email alias 'admin'
can be used for one user on each Vsite on the server.
