[BlueOnyx:17160] phpMyAdmin for SiteAdmin

hi all

I'm trying to have a SiteAdmin access his own phpMyAdmin, this without success: in the «phpMyAdmin Log in» frame window inside its Site Managment > Programs > phpMyAdmin window, there is only the login dialog with the Username and Password input fields and a √Save button. The phpMyAdmin interface doesn't show up as it does for Admin.

What do I do wrong? As Admin, I created a database called «domname» for the domain www.domname.tld and a user «domname» (which is the same name as the SiteAdmin) with the following global privileges for 'domname'@'www.domname.tld':
• data privileges SELECT, INSERT, UPDATE, DELETE
• structure privileges CREATE, ALTER, INDEX, DROP.
No administrative privileges GRANT, FILE, PROCESSES, SHUTDOWN.

I went through the BlueOnyx Mailing List archives and found the 2013 article Server admins cant use PHPADMIN? <http://news.gmane.org/find-root.php?message_id=527E5174.5040008%40blueonyx.it> It says «If a siteAdmin uses phpMyAdmin and the site has no database set up, he sees a phpMyAdmin login prompt that the GUI stuffs in front of phpMyAdmin». It looks like this is exactly what is occurring...

What did I do wrong? Why does the the SiteAdmin user cannot log in phpMyAdmin?

Thank you and best regards
