Okay, have to take that back.

One is a Joomla 3.x site the other a 2.x site. There is one Joomla 
component that is complaining in 2.x but not in 3.x. Since the 2.x site 
will be converted to 3.x very shortly, I'm not worried about it. (But 
wanted to set the record straight anyway.)
