Thanks Chris,
Just wanted to confirm that my understanding was correct.

A customer of ours has a shopping cart on a BlueHost server via another 
reseller that charges $199 for an SSL Cert (wildcard) and that company 
claims multiple domains and multiple servers. We contacted COMODO CA 
Limited / COMODO High-Assurance Secure Server CA
as we have found four domains on the same IP.

One red flag was that company wants them to transfer domain and DNS to 
them, I told them to run
