Have you verified that the domains are config'd for management within 
the vsite?

Go to Site Management > {vsite in question} > Services > DNS.  Make sure 
you have the domains you want the client to manage in the "Available 
Domain Names" box.   To do so, click on the + to the right of the 
domain(s) in the right-hand box to move it to the left-hand box and then 
click "Save".
