[BlueOnyx:16867] What am I forgetting? (Migration related)

I've spun up a second VM, and have restored the server using the 
automated backup/restore.

Everything seems to be configured correctly, but I can't figure out what 
it's not working.

A few things are happening.

1) [Sun Jan 18 23:39:13 2015] [alert] [client x.x.x.x] 
/home/.sites/28/site1/web/.htaccess: Options not allowed here

I've set the GUI to allow Options, just as I have the other one. No 
issues with the other one.

2) One site has SSL:
[Sun Jan 18 23:40:41 2015] [error] [client x.x.x.x] Invalid method in 
request \x16\x03\x01

I can't seem to track down where to resolve that issue.

The second VM does have a different IP than the currently running. I 
find no trace of the old(current) IP in /etc/httpd (search via grep -R)

Ideas?
