Cancel that thought... I've found it.  It's hidden in plain sight under the
label 'Owner' :o)

I've begun to use the Server Administrator feature but have previously
created some sites that should now be assigned to my newly created Server
Admin user.

 

Is there any means by which I can assign an existing site to their account?
