No big deal. It's a "non-fatal" error. That CCEd restart can take a
while. It might have been calculating the 2048 bit Diffie Hellman
ciphers. Which may take 5-8 minutes on boxes with few CPU cores. It
might have been downloading and installing the PEAR modules for PHP.
Which can take a moment, too.

But no worries: Whatever you interrupted there will finish during the
next CCEd restart. And if you aborted YUM? No big deal either. The next
YUM update will get what's missing.
