Why are these entries a problem? Apparently www.occe.coop is the name
you gave the whole server under "System Settings" / "TCP/IP". And the
10.100.45.1 IP is the primary IP of the server configured there as well.

If that is a problem then maybe you should rename the server to
something else under "System Settings" / "TCP/IP"?

You should not have a Vsite with the same name that is already used by
the server itself. If that is the problem, then the solution is the
same: Rename the server to something else such as "server.occe.coop".
Just be sure to create a DNS "A Record" for that as well.
