Yeah, I'd rate that as a glitch. During the update the entire virtual
site settings are written out again to make sure that the Apache
VirtualHost containers have all the right info. Including the new SSL
configuration that now goes directly into the Apache config file of
Vsites as well.

This also writes out the new PHP settings. If that worked for "admin"
owned sites but not for reseller-owned sites then there is a glitch
somewhere. I'll look into that.
