New dfix 1.9.20 is now available for install.

For the benefit of documenting the solution - After linking a package, you have to go to Third Party Software and click “Check Availability Now” to get a list of available packages. After doing this, the fixed dfix 1.x and the newer dfix 2.x are now available on Tim’s server.
