[BlueOnyx:20430] Cmu Import errors

Hello,
I´m trying to import over 3600 users from 5106 to 5209, most of the users
have been created but almost 20 gave a variety of errors:

ScanIn: Error2: = '305 WARN [[base-shell.cantDisableUserShell]]

OR

ScanIn: Error2: = '305 WARN [[base-user.failed-to-add-user,name=]]

can someone help me?
