[BlueOnyx:19263] server reboot. quota gone BlueOnyx 5207R

After a node reboot the quota of a vps is gone
I tried vzctl stop 52; vzquota drop 52; vzctl start 52

And inside the container
/usr/sausalito/sbin/disk_restorequotas.pl

But in the siteadmin everything is 0
If I change the quota of a user it says cant change quota
